Cross-paradigm language translation

Mostly functional to either OO or procedural.
I want to write nice Lisp and have a compiler poot out something I don't want to actually have to write myself, e.g. Java, JS, C, C#, ... you know, languages that are a bit crap or tied to specific environments.
Could its output be efficient? Is it non-trivial? NP-complete? If it is, I might just forget it. HA HA IN-JOKE
Do things exist for similar tasks already? I understand compilers do exist, but can they be configured for my purposes?
