They're probably pasting this same thing on other message boards, forums, etc. Probably just used a search engine to find programming-related sites and then spammed it on all of them. That's usually what shitty start-ups do in order to get noticed.

one suggestion: Don't split the ranking among different sites but derive some sort of concentrated ranking for all of them.
Then list the sites where different repositories can be found (some of them are found at several). The math to do it should be fairly straight-forward.
