Its not even worth it, if you actually got anywhere, you'll just get noticed and squeezed by MS in one way or another, they control the API after all and they've exercised this on occasion when Windows development was even relevant. They can't do this on startups making Web apps that are not even using their stack and look at some of those startups now.
