I'm married and therefore a disinterested party, but I've noticed the same thing.  I was kind of surprised to see women with very obvious Asperger's syndrome who were married with kids.  I think they have less trouble finding like-minded mates due to the larger proportion of men with Asperger's.  I know people joke about autism, but you can basically assume everyone on this board and half the people at your work have some high-functioning version of it.  Assuming you're in a coding shop of course.
