C++ compiler.

Hello /prog/.  What is the best C++ compiler? I am about to use either Borland or Dev C++. What is your opinion?

It isn't! Idiot! It is an IDE. It supports interfacing with MinGW, Intel's compiler, etc.

Code::Blocks is NOT a compiler. It does no C or C++ compilation of any sort, whatsoever.
