mail server

I need to find out what mail server I have. Google says that I should just figure it out based on my ISP, but I'm at work and my job has its own network. Is there someway to just find out for certain what mail server I have?

You mean like postfix/dovecot/whatever, or the actual address of your mailserver?

Just try smtp.workplacedomainname.com, mail.workplacedomainname.com, pop3.workplacedomainname.com, etc.

the actual address. I tried those and some others. Is there really no way to just like send an email with that information attached or look at the program sending the email and see what mail server its using?

How? When you send an e-mail, you connect to an SMTP server that you specified when setting up your e-mail program. That SMTP server will then either relay, or directly contact the SMTP server located at the MX record of the domain you specified after the @ in the address. The MX record is a name (the name of an A or AAAA record) that your SMTP server can then resolve to get an IP[v6] address. It then connects to that address and basically rewrites what you sent it. There's no broadcast involved, although you might have some ridiculous SMTP server on your netword that does broadcast its location over zeroconf, although I doubt it.

It could have been something great if it went for something like 30-35 episodes. I can't see how a chiru adaption would work since it has a lot to do with the narration and naturally an anime wouldn't have that. I would like to see EP5 animated though, even if it's butchered by DEEN.
