be 30 year old freshly anointed wizard
get invited to your brother's wedding
think maybe you'll finally score and throw away the wizard hat
get completely ignored by most everyone except immediate family
fade into the background as the person no one will even talk to out of a 100+ person crowd
end up going and sitting in car for the majority of the night
refuse to get sad, but cry for a few minutes anyway
go home, no one thanks you for coming, except your brother--even your new sister in law gives you the cold shoulder
look at the wedding pictures posted on zogbook, see in comments people wondering who "that weird guy" is

why is being a wizard a path filled with suffering and torment?
