Generalizing, the larger issue that you are pointing out here is that anti-discrimination groups sometimes tend to discriminate themselves. Applying Sturgeon's Law to the set of members of such a group, it comes as no surprise that the majority of their actions will be fucktarded and illogical.
The gender blindness interpretation of feminism is logically sound (and probably the only valid interpretation); just because one declares themselves to be a feminist doesn't mean they are one. The fallacy you are committing is that you are judging a idea/theory based on the actions of the group that claims to follow it.
