Why will you educate the people, if they're giving all to you? It's easier and more profitable just to teach people to buy your tons of unnecessary products and pay a fraction to the few who develops them (you researchers and engineers). Now you can develop a nice marketing agenda and the other ungifted people will start to blame every thing other than this system. "Jews/niggas/fags/chicanos/etc... are ruining this country!"
