I would go punch Richard Stallman right in his beard.

Then I'd force feed him to buy a copy of Adobe CS6, Microsoft Office for Mac 2011, and Windows Vista Ultimate Edition 32-bit.

As he's sprawling on the ground writhing in pain and indignity, I'd grab his Thinkpad, I'd hackintosh it, then for good measure, I'd bolt a Macbook Air to his back, and install Gentoo on it.

Lock him in a secure bunker. The only objects in the room are a sink, a toilet (both going to a closed sewage system) and a computer with an internet connection.

His only chance of escape is to use the computer to email for help. The catch? The computer runs Windows 8 with secure boot.

RMS would have to choose between starving to death or using a proprietary OS. Hard to call.
