Im really sorry you think like that, that you worry about what whitey is going to allow. Because first of all, its the responsibility of the people of the country to make sure that resources are being taxed (in south africa they charge 40% tax on any mineral extracted) and that the money is being used to help the people and start business investment. I strongly recommend you do not focus on white people, white people are not going to fix your african economy for you.
