today I woke up and couldn't even form coherent sentences and felt retarded and confused and started crying uncontrollably for no reason and felt like I was suffocating and then felt dizzy and then I sort of almost became normal again but then my heartbeat began to feel like it was made out of something sharp and now my pulse is painful and I forgot what I did just a couple horses ago and I don't have any idea what's causing any of this and I am probably going to die today and all signs are leading to the same message: "kill yourself" but I won't listen to them, please help me I am so frightened and have no idea what the fuck is going on

I'm afraid to seek medical help because I think it's embarrassing and that people will laugh at me and think I'm just full of shit or something
people will either think I'm bullshitting or crazy

C++ is a good language. It is not a perfect language because it inherits from C. C is a flawed language where many things are left undefined. C is an ancient artifact that serves no purpose outside of the domain of kernel design. Because of the improvements made upon C to form C++, beginning programmers and veteran programmers alike may be led astray, thinking that modern C usage is a good idea. It is a mistake to believe the success of C++ justifies the continued use and popularity of C. Just because C++ is successful does not mean the language it has inherited from is of high quality.
