Being able to listen to speakers refer to non-gendered items as defaulting to male (such as calling an inanimate software construct "this guy") without being reminded that you are a minority gender in the room. This reminder can result in feeling othered and getting distracted from the content of the talk.
Oh die in a fire.
Is there a place where I can cash my male privilege in?
I keep hearing about this privilege I'm supposed to have for being male, but I've never seen any sign of it.
I think something must have gone wrong and I didn't receive my privilege, so is there somewhere I can go to receive a cash sum as compensation?

The theory is that over a number of millenia, men dominates over the upper ranks of society and prestige because of the fear of scarcity and the need to protect their society by attaining wealth and power and that this behaviour is cultural. What most feminists don't realise is that this is instinctual behaviour that's been part of the evolution of all the gendered species for millions of years. This behaviour is determined genetically and has been refined through evolution.

A few of them make sense, but they aren't really "privileges", they're just examples of socially inept men being socially inept, and dumb men being dumb.
Some of them are ridiculous, though, like this one:
>The freedom to laugh at stories about speakers' significant others not understanding something technical without wondering whether they have you in mind.
This really just sounds like some kind of paranoid narcissism - "are they thinking about me when they say that?", "was that about me?", "are they talking about me?", "is everything about me?", "am I the centre of the universe?"...
I guess the message here is this: stop being so arrogant as to assume that everything is about you. When you go outside, the majority of the people you see will judge you. In an hour, the majority of those people won't remember seeing you.

Feminists are fucking idiots. They learn how to do things that men can do and they wear it on their sleeve like its a badge of honor. Sorry, but it's not. It's just a job.
WHOA I'M A WOMAN AND I KNOW JAVA ISN'T THAT CRAZY? BET YOU DIDN'T EXPECT THAT, HUH? TYPICAL MALE BEHAVIOR HAHAHA.
So fucking obnoxious. It's not even feminism, it's just a stupid way to get attention. Do your job and shut the fuck up, whores.

You don't have the right state of mind. The feminist movement implies that society would be better by getting men to change their biologically defined behaviours which have been tempered through years of evolution. If you want to be part of the patriarchy, you need to adopt the mentality of a leader, one who protects and advances the welfare of his people.

this is where feminists realise, that being equal means that they have to go out and get a job instead of living off alimony/ child support/welfare, so they start backtracking and try and give men back their power
The freedom to attend a technical conference without fear of sexual assault.
The freedom to participate in social situations or stay at work late without fear that your co-workers or boss will assault you.
If you have been assaulted in a work-related environment, the freedom to switch to another job and be sure it won't happen again there.
Little likelihood that having been assaulted in a previous workplace is held against you in the hiring process.
The freedom to walk home unafraid after a late-night coding spree.
Freedom from fear that your open-source work will make you a target for death threats (note: linked-to post discusses sexual assault and violent threats against women).
The freedom to have a closed-door discussion without worrying that this is an attempt to isolate you to carry out an assault. (See also: Othering)
The likelihood that you will be able to share a hotel room with another member of your company, without fear of unwelcome advances or sexual assault.
The ability to view your career in the male-dominated industry as just a normal stage of progression in life, rather than a serious financial gamble that may put your future in jeopardy if you invest in an education and are never hired due to resistence. Too much time spent fighting "glass doors" and not succeeding will lengthen resume gaps and periods of unemployment and result in loss of wages and opportunities that would accumulate over a lifetime, resulting in an impoverished situation in later years. Poverty is closely linked with living in unsafe neighborhoods and illness.
Not being warned that there will be a backlash if you stand up for your rights.
Not having your complaints about personal safety being dismissed as "Well, you chose to be there," in terms of being in a male-dominated environment, where your gender is not supposed to belong anyway.
Not being perceived as wanting to "start a fight" when you stand up for your rights, thereby losing support from observers.
how you liking your child support females? you want to end male privilege then you are going to have to support yourself by working instead of leeching off men
the day I see single moms get off welfare will be the day they get their privileges

Fuck off and die you cock sucking piece of faggot shit I fucking hate you and all you stand for.
It's stuff like that made me stop working in software development and start a new career in the biosciences. I enjoyed my job but almost every co-worker in the field was a misogynist asshole.

Some kike terminology for the natural order of things. Everyone who is of sound mind should reject the word "cisgender" and its uses.

Poor understanding of probability and logic in general.
The freedom to attend a technical conference without fear of sexual assault.
The freedom to walk on the street without fear of getting struck by lightning. Really? Also, there is no law against attending a technical conference as a female without fear of sexual assault. You might want to check your definition of freedom, too.
The likelihood that you will be able to share a hotel room with another member of your company, without fear of unwelcome advances or sexual assault.
Oh, we should make it a crime to make advances. But only if a man makes them. That ought to restore equality!

Right, because that certainly doesn't affect males. Also, capitalism is a game where the only way to win is not to play.
Not being warned that there will be a backlash if you stand up for your rights.
Not being perceived as wanting to "start a fight" when you stand up for your rights, thereby losing support from observers.
OH-MY-GOD, the speaker just referred to the audience as ,,guys''. Heads will fall! What, he also picked an image that might be interpreted as sexually suggestive as a sample image for his image processing conference! That mysogynist pig, he must die!
The freedom to have a closed-door discussion without worrying that this is an attempt to isolate you to carry out an assault. (See also: Othering)
The entirety of male programmers are to blame for the behaviour of a few idiots with boundary issues, be sure to punish them daily with ,,check your privilege'' enraging idiocies.
Not having your complaints about personal safety being dismissed as "Well, you chose to be there," in terms of being in a male-dominated environment, where your gender is not supposed to belong anyway.
What do you suggest, allowing the carrying of loaded firearms for members of the unfortunate gender so that they can feel a bit safer? Or perhaps enforcing a 1:1 male-to-female ratio (because fuck people outside the gender binary) which will inevitably drag in incompetent members of the non-dominant gender?
Third-wave feminism - fighting illogic and idiocy with more illogic and idiocy since 1983.
lol how's it feel to have a small brain? "kike" hahahahaha I'm in no way jewish but man you are seriously stupid. Tell me about your big jewish conspiracy theory, right? About how the kikes control everything and are keeping you from realizing your potential? hahahahahahahaha just keep wasting what little potential you do have on a useless illusion designed by people who want to harness your small brain to build a fascist empire to serve their will
Not being subjected to a game of "No True Scotsman" when showing interest in a company. For example, never being told that your qualifications are just off the mark when it comes to getting the job. If you have experience, you don't have enough. If you have high grades in a computer subject, grades don't count, and they're not looking for stereotypical nerds. If the company is looking for creative, well-rounded, above-ordinary programmers, your artistic pursuits don't really count because they're not outside-the-box enough.
