we all know VB6 was a stinking pile of shit that was hoisted on the enterprise programming market. MS made an entirely new language but gave it the name Visual Basic 7, which I suppose they thought would take up the VB6 market share, which of course never happened as C# took over all enterprise programming. So Im wondering if anyone here has actually tried VB7. It about the only programming language that I have not looked into as I was so disgusted by VB6. Does it have garbage collection? Pointers? whats it like?

VB.NET is a full-blown CLR language just like C♯.
