statically typed FIOC

dynamically typed languages all seem to require more testing than statically typed languages because of the....well...lack of static typing. Would it ever be possible to make languages like FIOC, Ruby, Lua, Perl, etc statically typed?

No, because dynamic typing was invented for stupid people and thus the user bases of Ruby,Lua,Perl, etc could never learn into static typing...
