There's nothing here that hasn't been tried before.  Neural networks, genetic algorithms...  all well understood.  Triple-modular redundancy (TMR) has been around since the dawn of fault-tolerant computing, whenever that was.

Why would you expect that taking a bunch of existing technologies that have already failed to deliver any kind of interesting AI would somehow become an interesting AI when arranged in groups of 3?
