In the end I developed RSI. I only do 2 thing in my life

I truly wish it was caused by the second.
Now seriously it seems that my touch typing isn't the problem, it has to do more
with the mouse usage. Any technique or product I could use?
As a background during my teens I used to do a lot of BMX, so i was always
working my wrists, but in the last year i stopped that. could it be that a
cause?

I can't tell over the internet. Perhaps we could arrange a meetup so I could examine you more throughly?

- use a keyboard-driven window manager, such as cwm or dwm
- get a Unicomp/IBM Model M EnduraPro keyboard with a nipple mouse
- get a Thinkpad or other laptop with a nipple mouse
I never ever have to move my fingers off the keyboard, and only really use the nipple mouse when browsing 4chan.
- exclusively use the keyboard
- orient the keyboard with respect to your body so that there is no awkwardness in hitting the keys. You don't need to scrunch up your wrists or fingers. Nothing should be constantly bent in a certain way.
- when I use a mouse, I make clicks using my entire arm rather than just my finger. Like, my hand stays in a static position and orientation while I put pressure on the mouse button.
- I don't type too fast or too hard if I'm going to be doing it for a while.

Do daily push ups and pull ups when you get strong enough, that is assuming your body is not too damaged to achieve the exercise. What I did was to start doing sets of 10 push ups on the hour every hour. I started increasing the sets by small increments as the days pass on: 12, 15, 20, 25. Eventually over a number of months of daily exercise, I found I was doing sets of 150 three times a day and that my lower level RSI had felt much better.

Clit mouse doesn't scroll, though, so it's not really very useful for web browsing, which is all I, at least, ever use the cursor for.

Sounds like the start to a great eulogy.

The middle button can be set up to do scrolling.
Section "InputClass"
# This seems to change frequently; I used to be able to do it by device, but now I have to use ``device classes''.
# It's probably even harder on Linux, but whatever.
I don't have it enabled now though, because it interfered with dragging the middle button on Xterm's Athena scroll bars.
Someday I'll write a short program to enable it either on a keypress or when Firefox is focused.
I've found that moving Firefox's scrollbar to the left made scrolling by click-and-drag nicer, but I usually just use HJKL from the VimKeyBindings addon.
