mini-projects

Sup /prog/. I've recently started a programing job, but I feel that I'm just not good enough at programming to be useful. Are there any lists of exercises available online I can do to help improve my abilities? I'm not talking about the kind of exercises you get in textbooks, the 'Write a program to add together 10 and 20 then print the result' kind of thing, but a list of mini-projects that would each take a few hours to a day or so to complete.
