As long as we're talking r5rs or older. Scheme is getting more and more bloated, drifting away from ``Programming languages should be designed not by piling feature on top of feature, but by removing the weaknesses and restrictions that make additional features appear necessary''. I hope the new ``small scheme'' turn out well (but they're getting rid of first-class continuations! (or at least want to)).
Data and procedures and the values they amass,
Higher-order functions to combine and mix and match,
Objects with their local state, the messages they pass,
A property, a package, the control point for a catch—
In the Lambda Order they are all first-class.
One Thing to name them all, One Thing to define them,
One Thing to place them in environments, and bind them,
In the Lambda Order they are all first-class.

Who needs first-class continuations when the only people who understand them are too autistic to explain them coherently to anyone else?

Any suggestions on the coding language behind this? thx

It's simple: if the iPhone doesn't support flash player, don't support the iPhone.

thanks guys. I'm not sure I should try fortran since from what I understand it's hard to create a nice GUI?
I guess I should just use Flash since apple's gay and I believe u can install flash player after u jailbreak it. I don't have an iphone but I just want ppl to be able to see my flash app on their phones thats all.
I could also us an IDE for objective C I suppose. Don't know where to start tho
