why can't I legally be given marijuana to treat my anxiety and panic

why do I have to buy it from unreliable, lazy high school dropouts

notice how the recent thread I made when I was high as balls was really upbeat and silly... weed temporarily rids me of my panic and anxiety, xanax doesn't do all that much help

the threads I make when I'm sober often sound paranoid or crazy, but weed calms me down more than benzos or antipsychotics or anything else for that matter

I'm not a stoner fag... I only smoke a few times a month and I only really care about anxiety/panic relief, not the ``hurrdurr guize I'm high xd sooo randum'' faggotry

I do not visit the imageboards so don't tell me to go ``back'' to them

At risk of desecrating a valuable relic of /prog/'s ancient culture, you seem to be right. Browsing the earliest archives shows pure, unbridled shit along with the usual programmering discussion, including copious ``wat languaeg lern first?'' threads. There seem to be more homework/support questions as well as lots more of fucking Sepples threads, but it's ironic to find thread yearning for the olden days as early as in June of 2007^[1]
