When I was a child (9 to 12 yo), it was just normal to kiss and suck friends on the same age. Being locked up with girls and boys at school's bathroom without any glimpse of what to do was kind of fun, though.
But that was when I didn't know nothing about sex. Most children don't have any clue, and shouldn't be sexually exploited. Teenagers may have some understanding, but most lack psychological stability to have proper decisions, and shouldn't be touched also. However, some adults have enough discernment, that's why there are so much pedophiles out there. In my opinion, arousal for children or teenagers isn't a disease, it may be just some sort of psychic desire after all. But the lack of self-control isn't acceptable, and I consider this a violent crime.
And that's why I think that pedo material and lolicon should be censured. If you constantly accept this as a good thing, you're just reassuring yourself that it's good, and maybe start implying that kids wouldn't care. This will gradually drive you to borderline, until you lose control and commit a crime.
And yes, I know a lot of incestuous stories, but the families' resolutions on these cases were the worst things I've ever seen.
