I have Asperger's syndrome but I didn't get anything to prove it. However it's on record in case an employer needs to check.

I went to a psychiatric clinic. Evaluations are expensive. Without insurance, it would have cost me ~$3500, seriously.
Also, SPD and autism are completely different.

I got turned down for disability, but they gather most of my medical records.
Besides being literally contradictory, I could be schizoid, schizophrenic, depressed, anxious, narcissistic, ADHD, treatment resistant, treatment refusing, treatment compliant, and some other stuff
I'll probably upload all my medical files.

They're not contradictory. They're all broken ways of dealing with the lack of an internal identity. The fear and avoidance of discovering yourself and your personality because you will find out that you're not perfect.
