-Draw a "rageface" on something in real life and then take a photo of it
-Draw stick figures in MS Paint
-Praise extremist leftist beliefs as the best thing since sliced bread
-Talk about how often you smoking weed even though you've never done it before
-Correct someone's typo
-Talk about sex and try to make it sound as if you're the only person on the entire internet to ever get laid
-Make a shitty vector image of a reaction image from 4chan or some other source and maybe post a caption with it
