my ribs are falling apart
my lungs are collapsing
there is a dark tree in my skull, and its sharp roots are shredding my gray matter
I could fart a mountain
my eyes are falling back into my head
the skin on my arms is dissolving
there are large spots of purple in my vision
my ears are ringing
my sight is flickering, like a low-refresh rate CRT monitor
sinusoidal waves of heat
I will most likely swallow my tongue on accident, and then suffocate
my teeth are falling out
I cannot breath
my heart rate has skyrocketed
I am starting to see things which I know aren't real
it's easy for me to think logically and tell myself "none of this is real, it's all in your head" but that doesn't make it any less frightening in the moment
I am going to die
