There's something very scary about the word "crave". Something very physical and irresistible.

Do you crave cigarettes already, OP? Cigars? Hand-rolled cigs? Stale fags?

Poor >>3-kun. Are you using nicotine patches? They should help with cravings.
But other than that, you know you're making a good, healthy choice.

But what about the smells? When something ordinarily repulsive even for a smoker, like a cigarette stub found under a cupboard, makes you want to roll on top of it like a cat on catnip? When you can almost hallucinate the acrid hot taste of the too dry smoke mixed with that weird stale smoke, in your mouth and in your nose?

Poor OP, indeed!

You must cope with those cravings. You need to suffer if you want to quit smoking.

I did and now I'm in control. I've quit smoking 6 months ago, and only have smoked 3 times (I have been drunk those 3 times).

But the 1st month was terrible. And I only used to smoke like 3-4 cigarettes a day. Now that I know how hard is to quit, i think twice before lighting a cigarette.

Don't change these.
