IEEE standards

Suppose I want to acquire some IEEE Standard Documents without paying for them.

IK there is no easy way, but considering that there might be some secluded release group on EFnet. Assuming it exists I might be willing to go into all the troubles with tunneled a bnc and stuff.

What are my chances to get V& and are the people I would have to get in touch with exposing themselves to it?

If it's a request for explanation, then because we, as a race, always respected intellect and wisdom, which resulted in all kinds of self-reinforcing genetic and social feedback loops. If, however, you mean to ask "why do you think that you are the master race", then just look around, fool. This thread was quite useful to me. I used to be pissed about paywalls preventing me from reading interesting papers, books and standards and having to resort to searching for pirated  copies of them on the Internet, many times with success, but not always, if it was something obscure, or if more lucky on the author's sites.

It does not involve finding copies of books or papers by searching on google. It's just a way of download most papers/books directly from a wide array of journals/paywalls, I tested it on a bunch of computer science and math papers, some EE ones and 2 complete books that I wanted to read, it seems unlimited as far what I can download.

Given time and perseverance, any one can make use of those documents. The only justification in my eyes is the source of funding. If people doing research can manage to make money off of those willing to pay lots of money to read their papers, then alright, that's cool. It's a bummer that it isn't completely open to the public, as there is an economic barrier. It's not as bad as being proprietary though. If you wanted to maximize your contribution to the furthering of technology/science/whatever, you would make all of your work open and free to view to maximize the size of your audience, and the number of people around the world willing to pick up your work where you left off. Restricting access to your work lessens your contribution to society.

Most costly "natural science" research is funded by the governments, using taxpayers money. And then the result of research is given to a publisher jew, so that he could sell it back to you.
