Lisper here (but also know some of the other mentioned languages), do you really think we don't know C or even our platform's assembly, or even some verilog or VHDL, some digital hardware design, or even maybe some lower-level EE, and of course also abstract computation models such as the Turing Machine, (primitive) recursion, unbounded register machines (and all their equivalence, by Church Turing Thesis)?
As for SEPPLES, why would I want to torture myself by maintaing (or having to do so in the future) code written in that language, unless of course, I was being paid to do that...
