AnyVideoConverter Issue

Hi guys. Wasnt sure where to post this, but appreciate all the help i can get.

So when i use AVC to convert a movie it only partially converts the video (something random like 17mins out of 2hrs+). Theres no error or anything like that, it just says that its completed - then when i open the file, it only goes for 17watever minutes.

Ive looked at the FAQ but I'm having a hard time fixing the issue.
