I know Leah and she is also sick of comments like that.
Aside from being one of the lead engineers on Pownce she wrote parts of the OAuth spec as well as the standard Python implementation.
Why not comment on her engineering talents instead?

You don't want to know, trust me. Otherwise, if you are a cold, untrusting person, google "Leah's Star Algorithm".

Python is a good scripting language, but usually isn't something you boast about.

This is kind of silly if you ask me. Convore had it’s “cool” effect that lasted a whole month. If you visit it now you will find either 0 users online or 1 user online. A hosted IRC chat server combined with a failing group chat is not a good idea. There is nothing wrong with IRC as it is, moreover; it’s not “complicated” as she claims it is.
Wow, an intelligent comment, on the Internet of all places.
In my home country, this is San Francisco of USA, Leah Culver

One professor who helped Dr. Klawe tackle the disparity by revamping the Harvey Mudd introductory computer science course is Christine Alvarado, an MIT PhD grad, who admits she had to learn how to navigate the “cultural divide” between men and women in science once she understood “you don’t have to stay up all night and work seven days a week to succeed because that’s not what I’m about.” Collaborating with three other CS faculty members, Professor Alvarado changed the first-year programming course based on Java, “which was frankly just not very practical,” to a more collaborative, problem solving course to offer students “creative opportunities to do what computer scientists really do.” It teaches the Python language which is easier to apply to Web development and develops skills that can be applied to engineering, math and other subjects.
python is definitely for pussise
