All you have to do is drag over buttons and textboxes and stuff. No wonder most of the good programming is done by cheap 3rd world labor. Why do you guys have your own board again?

Thats visual interface design, it does not have the degree of complexity of thinking about algorithms.
You even have the structure of the interface intuitively laid out for you.
Real programming is as much about interfaces as sand beaches are about gravel grain radius.

I have a seashell collection, i don't visit beaches often. Grains of sand are actually a small crystals and rocks, which you can see under a microscope, completely with their own structure(so a handful of grains of sand is all unique)
