Your vim looks so much similar to mine. Except that I don't have trasparent background (wtf is the point with that anyway) in my terminal and I prefer GVim anyway... and I like zenburn color scheme.
I do use minibuf explorer and that tag list thing.

You can set it to transparent and make the background pic random from a suigintou gallery loaded by a script at random interval.
The setup can be as follows:
1.window with editor[transparent]
2.window with picture slideshow script[opaque]
