Americans see an industry full of brown people speaking barely intelligible English, and this further lowers the industry’s prestige. Computer programming and IT in general is now seen as the foreigner’s industry and not a proper profession for upwardly mobile white Americans.

IT doesn't require intelligence, programming does. I fail to see how industries would outsource the majority of their jobs to brown people, who cannot do the job.

I think your analysis is wrong. What whites believe is that the industry is being swamped by niggers and pakistanis who offer a cheaper but far inferior service to white IT workers. You are far more likely to get scammed by coffee coloured support crews and programmers

Nope. Programming is a monkey's job. There are a lot of very savvy African American tech people out there. Some of the best network engineers I worked with were African American.
