What do you think of Red Hats take on Java/C#?

Looks to me like it's just a better Vala, since Vala is infested with the GTK+ GObject shit all over. Although Vala is compiled to C and Ceylon will run on the JVM (GC is shit guy need not apply).

Will this be the Java killer?

C# is just as shitty.
