My cell phone was stolen, and the perpetrator is a Mexican who lives in Mission Texas and I really need to locate this individual, I have a list of numbers they have made out going calls to and I need to discover the name of the individual who pays the phone, can you guys help me out?
There person who stole the phone will have manny other things that belong to me as well, how should I go about this?

I heard a story once about a guy who got his laptop stolen and he then tracked down the person who stole it, because he was able to contact his stolen laptop through the internet. I imagine that the set up was something like:
* have a server somewhere.
* everytime the laptop boots up, have it contact your server.
* allow for remote access to the laptop through this server.
* monitor key presses and screen shots until enough personal information is collected to identify the person using your laptop.
* call authorities.

they can triangulate the signal and get the location.
go talk to them and see if they care about your poor ass getting robbed.
