In a nutshell I get the following errors when debugging my prog.

1>main.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __imp____glewCreateShader
1>main.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol __imp____glewUseProgram
1>main.obj : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol __imp__glewInit referenced in function _main
1>main.obj : error LNK2019: unresolved external symbol "public: __thiscall Shader::Shader(void)" (??0Shader@@QAE@XZ) referenced in function "void __cdecl `dynamic initializer for 'shader''(void)" (??__Eshader@@YAXXZ)


I read I have to add glew32.lib to the additional dependencies list, but I still get the same errors.
I'm using VS 2010.

Would appreciate feedback if you've encountered this sort of thing. Seems pretty common.

If you can't understand what your ide is doing when it is linking your program, then maybe you should use a different method for compiling your code.

or alternatively, you could look into more about how to configure how VS 2010 does it's linking. You are likely not linking with the library you need for the GLSL.
