You might be able to also find it on google, but don't take my word for it, it's just a hunch which you might have to confirm, as things don't disappear as easily on the Internet.

That's /prog/-related, whether you want it or not. NT kernel isn't bad either, despite not being your one-and-only POSIX (but it does have a POSIX subsystem).

And yeah, NT's quite a bit better than people give it credit for, or at least was when it came out.
