I don't intend to reuse some bloatware code in my browser,
and i have very dim view of "Web Standard" orgs which push their apis and specs into programmers.
The JavaScript will be replaced by powerful FrozenScript which will have the speed at least 90% C and compiled into optimized ASM for current processor(there will be option to get either faster compiles or faster page processing).
WebGL will be replaced by Nectar engine which will use the graphics hardware directly and run everything hardware accelerated, with native FrozenScript bindings to perform any 3D processing without writing tons of OpenGL-like boilerplate.
HTML will have a major upgrade with hardware accelerated graphic elements with dynamic content. A single elements could have the functionality of a entire page and be ten times faster,
since its all native code, allowing it to change dynamically and send messages to other page elements(a single element is a program fragment). FrozenScript could easily navigate and filter trees of these dynamic program elements and send commands to them and load data from external pages.
Interface will be fully customized with hotkeys, menus and gestures being set as easily as changing homepages.
There will be a powerful extension interface for FrozenScript apps to be installed from anywhere to local sandbox, compiled into most optimized code and loaded at startup if desired.
FrozenScript will have more functionality in terms of general purpose programming and less limitations of DOM/HTML era. The only limit is security settings set by user.
Valeat Res Magis will be able to load webpages written in javascript and legacy HTML to recompile them to improved CSS and presentation form with javaScript replaced by equivalent FrozenScript fragments.

<blink> tag will be available inform of CSS extension called ElemTransform.css(the CSS engine would be able to load any custom CSS and compile them to native code) and will apply CSS class freq-transform(which can be set to any color or spectral line with adjustable fade-in/fade-out time per element).
