My dad's friend is willing to pay me to make a website for his home business, so I need to learn to code. I'm at the library now. They have SICP and Learn PHP in 21 Days. I don't really have 21 days. Will be SICP take less than 21 days?

sorry mate, if you've not even read SICP you're no way close to read to make websites. I know you want to help your dads friend but if you tried to do something like this without a solid background (like SICP can give you) you're basically setting him up to get hacked or worse. The best thing you can do right now is just start working on SICP, don't rush it.
