I need a better salary

I need to earn 6000 dollars a month.

I'm just a programmer with knowledge of C and Perl and all that other stuff that everyone knows (XML, SQL, Office etc etc)

What can i do?

Please note: I WILL NO DO JAVA. I HATE JAVA, EVEN IF I NEVER  HAVE USED IT. I KNOW IT SUCKS

The are no filthy unions for tech people, thank God.

Tech sector work is a meritocracy (as much as anything is). If you are good and work hard you will get you rewards in due time.

A bit of advice, my "friend":

Stay in your home country, we don't like your kind stealing our jobs. Especially not the way the economy is these days.
