I need a better salary

I need to earn 6000 dollars a month.

I'm just a programmer with knowledge of C and Perl and all that other stuff that everyone knows (XML, SQL, Office etc etc)

What can i do?

Please note: I WILL NO DO JAVA. I HATE JAVA, EVEN IF I NEVER  HAVE USED IT. I KNOW IT SUCKS

And, by the way, no one needs to go to your country to steal your jobs. India does a very good job at that.
