Are you not tired of stupid threads/answers?

I'm relatively new to /prog on 4chan. Sometimes, there're interesting threads, but most of the time there're only meaningless threads and answers.

On the other hand, I know there're programmers in /prog (or at least I hope so). What if we increase the quality of /prog?

This is due to total lack of moderation. Serious people simply go away. There's no way to fight the retard army only with good threads and replies.
