Why use the inkey$ statement though, no keypresses are needed. also, you're re-assigning the i variable's number in the wrong place, and there isn't even a GOTO to actually make it loop. It would only print out the text once. Again,

20 IF INKEY$ = "" THEN 10

lolwut? If you meant to stick the GOTO there it would still be the wrong place.

If your idea was to make it repeat infinitely, you could have done it in two lines of code. If it was to make it repeat 9999 times it would only have taken three.
