Smalltalk is the only true functional OOP Language.

If you need a small, easy to use smalltalk interpreter, try syx: http://syx.googlecode.com/.
It even comes with GTK and X11 bindings.

Eat a bag of dicks, LITHPu and Haskell users.

OCaml is also acceptable

but ocaml has more problems than haskell.

haskell suffer from lack of decent GUI libraries. I think that is the biggest concern developing normal apps (rss reader etc)

ocaml also suffer from this + has a whole mess with paralelism that haskell doesn't
