It's too old-fashioned. I want to interact with an operating system. I want an IDE. I want to embed in my C program. I'm not writing on a Lisp Machine with a Lisp OS. I'm writing on a Von Neumann machine with an OS written in C. Because I live in Real World, 2011, not MIT, 1984.
