So, how goes the 'mobile coding' project, /prog?

I saw a prepaid smartphone, $79 with its 600MHz cpu, that is faster than all bar one of my -mostly old- computers....

How hard would it be to swap android, for, say some flavour of *nix? Or would that be overkill / impossible?

Probably can't even use it as a proxy, for all its security, being a phone it actually has none...?
