This is all just a plot by RMS to exploit the flash plugin vulnerabilities on Windows machines and start a background install of gNewBuntu (Windows users won't notice the difference since their computers act weird anyway). After the installation is done, the computer reboots and starts re-encoding all MP3 files to OGG.
