Just about everything, except for pointers/low-level access, which can still be done by lower-level lisps (not well documented). C is also a lot more popular which means there are more libraries than for lisp, but that doesn't mean you can't find just about any library you'd want. I tend to use CL for the majority of my high-level code and C/platform's assembly for low-level code. Use the right tool for the job.
