Coding something I have no idea how to code

Alright I'm from /co/ and I have a variable script (that's what I was told it's called) that I was wondering if someone knew how to code it
It uses post numbers to determine characteristics, here's a section of it

First Digit - [Xxx]
Second Digit - [xXx]
Third Digit - [xxX]
*Fourth Digit - [Xxxx]

Third digit [xxX] determines power base

xx1 or xx2 - Human (at peak physical condition/fighting expertise)
xx5 or xx6 - Physiological (Genetic abilities)
xx7 or xx8 - Accident/Experiment (Mutated)
xx9 or xx4 - Elemental
xx3 - Tech (Cyborg/Android)
xx0 - Supernatural [no travel type]

Second digit [xXx] determines travel type [Supernatural has teleportation/flight always]

x1x or x6x - Flight (inherent ability, needs no additional equiptment)
x2x or x7x - Super Speed
x3x or x8x - Peak-human agility (Acrobatic, grappler, etc.)
x4x or x9x - Teleportation (limited to areas you are familiar with)
x5x or x0x - Tech (jet, glider, suit, etc.)

Obviously there's alot more to it, so I was wondering if maybe there's a template for such things, or maybe if someone is interested in doing it for me

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve. Looks like a game, ok, but what has to be automated/programmed?

In laymans terms, you would be able to just input your last 4 post numbers and it would run the whole thing out and give you a output

ex: post # is 3454

Your hero is:
Human
Flight
Dual Wield
.... etc.

Where do you want the program to run? Some browser addon that would add this ouput at the end of a post (each player having the addon installed)? A command line tool that you run locally?

Browser addon would probably be better seeing as that I don't want to be running each poster's numbers for them

I think I know what you're trying to do. Do you want it to show whatever character someone rolled right next to their post number?
