Godaddy Ftp

Hey /prog/, I need help from some of you godaddy users. I want to upload some files, and I've tried both fireftp and filezilla. Neither are working, all it says is cannot connect.

Under the ftp control panel on godaddy.com, it says that I have an ftp account up and running. I personally use 1and1.com, and connect to my domain fine, however I just can't get this to work.

I use 1and1. I'm just doing this godaddy thing for a job. Some guy at my university is paying me $80 to set up a wordpress on his website...bahahah
