You're saying that as if pasting stuff into some HTML form manually is somehow more efficient than letting my computer do it by pointing it to some file I want uploaded.
Otherwise there is no point in making it Web 2.0 ready.
/prog/ challenge: write a BASH script that takes a list of filenames and uploads them to all of the pastebins (tarred, bzipped, base64 encoded and chopped up in <1MB parts). bonus points if your script also generates a bash script to download the file.
